Early Beginnings (1981?1983)
  • 1981 ? Muhammad?Saif?Ullah?Khan (?Khan?Shb?) began participating in community initiatives, focusing on small-scale projects like maintenance and renovation of the Usmania Masjid, and taking a leading role in its administration.
  • 1982 ? Launched his first major welfare project: rebuilding the outer wall of the Masjid.
  • 1983 ? With community support, he led the reconstruction of the entire Usmania Masjid, demolishing the old, unsafe structure and replacing it with a safer, modern facility.

Emergency Response, Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation
  • 2000?2002 ? Organized fundraising and aid delivery during the drought in Balochistan, coordinating with regional organizations to assist affected communities.
  • 2005 ? In response to the devastating Kashmir?KPK earthquake, Khan?Shb personally led relief efforts, dispatching three trucks loaded with tents, bedding, food, medicine, and essential items.
  • 2008 ? During major floods in Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and KPK, he mobilized aid and, in partnership with Midland International Aid Trust (UK) and Decent Welfare Society Gujrat under Usmania Falahi Idara, reconstructed 13 villages?turning them into ?Model Villages? with houses, roads, utilities, and daily necessities.
  • 2010?2012 ? Continued flood relief in Sindh in collaboration with Midland Trust, OAK Tree Trust UK, and Decent Welfare Society. Aid extended to areas such as Thatha, Umerkot, Bhakkar, Kot Addu, and more?providing tents, food, medicine, and clean water.
  • 2020 ? During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Society distributed monthly food hampers for three months, along with masks and sanitizers to low-income families in Usmanpura and nearby regions.
  • June?August 2022 ? In response to catastrophic floods across Pakistan, the Society mobilized aid in Balochistan, providing tents, mosquito nets, bedding, food, potable water, and piped water supply from a source 6?km away?benefiting seven villages.
  • Institutional Growth & Education (2004?2022)
  • 2004 ? Founded a community centre that became an educational hub offering 100% free religious education and over 50% free formal schooling.
  • 2012?2013 ? Formally registered as Usmania Welfare Society Gujrat under the Department of Social Welfare Punjab (Reg. No. DO/SW/GRT/Regt./2013-129).
  • 2013?2021 ? Built a state-of-the-art educational campus on Shadiwal Road; free education commenced in 2022.
  • Ongoing Community Services (Since 2016)
  • Provision of Free education (formal education as well as religious education), Providing Public Security though CCTV camera systems, Cooked meal (Breakfast and Dinner) for the Labour and deserving people in Usmania Masjid, Food Packs (Rashan Packs for deserving families), Marriage support program for deserving females, Financial aid to Disables, Orphons, Widows, old citizens, and poor patients of the community, public sanitation Services, street lighting maintenance, funeral assistance (Kafan and cooked meals for guests o funeral) to deservings, and free food distribution?all ongoing in Usmania Masjid and surrounding areas.
  • Ongoing Youth Mobilization (Since 1981)
  • Throughout these early years, Khan?Shb consistently engaged youth in social service, nurturing community awareness and empowering them to address local social issues.
