Muhammad Saif Ullah Khan

Muhammad Saif Ullah Khan, affectionately known as **Khan Shb**, is the visionary founder of *Usmania Welfare Society, Gujrat*, and a lifelong champion of education, humanitarian service, and community development. Inspired by the values of compassion and generosity instilled by his parents, he began serving his community in 1981 while still a college student. What started with voluntary efforts to improve local facilities soon evolved into a lifelong mission of empowering people and transforming communities.

For more than four decades, Khan Shb has led numerous initiatives in education, disaster relief, poverty alleviation, and community welfare. His leadership has supported thousands of families through emergency relief, educational opportunities, food assistance, and sustainable development projects. In 2012, these longstanding efforts were formally established as *Usmania Welfare Society*, which today serves communities through schools, religious education, social welfare programs, and community empowerment initiatives.

A humble and purpose-driven leader, Khan Shb has always believed that true service speaks louder than recognition. His vision extends beyond addressing today`s challenges to building a brighter future through quality education, vocational training, youth development, and accessible higher education.
