With over two decades of professional experience, Faisal has contributed to the growth and operational excellence of several well-reputed organisations, including Service Industries Ltd., Starlet Shoes, Brothers Associates Pvt. Ltd., and the Gujrat Chamber of Commerce & Industries. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and organisational development.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Awaz Group of FM Radios, Faisal Farooq plays a key leadership role in managing network operations, driving business development, and executing strategic initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the organisation`s footprint in Pakistan’s FM radio industry through innovation, efficiency, and audience-centric programming.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Faisal Farooq is actively engaged in social welfare initiatives. He voluntarily serves as the Secretary General of the Usmania Welfare Society, where he contributes his expertise and leadership to support community development and philanthropic activities.
