Maqsood Ahmad Qureshi

Professor Maqsood Ahmad is regarded as one of the pioneers of commerce education in Gujrat District. In 1992, together with his close relative, Professor Ghulam Mustafa, he founded Chenab College of Commerce, an institution that played a significant role in promoting quality commerce education in the region. Continuing this educational mission, he established Barani College of Commerce in Lalamusa in 2002, where countless students received their education and went on to achieve success in various professional fields.

Today, his former students are spread across every part of Gujrat District, serving with distinction in diverse professions—a testament to his dedication as an educator and mentor.

Further expanding his contribution to education, currently he is serves as the District Head and Chief Executive of `Green School System`, Gujrat District, where he is committed to maintaining high academic standards while fostering the moral and personal development of students.

Maqsood Ahmad is widely respected for his warm, approachable nature, exemplary character, and courteous demeanor. In addition to his educational services, he is actively involved in serves as a dedicated member of the `Usmania Welfare Society, Gujrat` contributing to the betterment of the community.
